Golden Enterprise Studios Presents: Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai
Chaim Yitzchock Goldman of Golden Enterprise Studios just released L’Kuved Lag Baomer a 2 Track album titled “Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai.”
Track 1 is to the tune of the famous “Va’amartem Koi Lechoi” song, it has Yiddish lyrics written by Goldman’s uncle Benzion Goldman a brother to his late father R’ Moshe Goldman Z”L.
Track 2 is the world renowned “Bar Yochai” song. This masterpiece was arranged by Chaim Yitzchock Goldman and features the famous Yitzchock Yonoson Joseph on clarinet.
Besides the “Camp Shalvah” kids and adult choir, and Chaim Yitzchock’s arrangements, the album features soloists and kids from the Camp Shalva Choir from the last 10 years. Many of these soloists are now grown up and singers in their own right, like Sulem Lemmer of Shira Choir, Shia Arya Mandel and Meyer Lichtenstater. All of these were named “Yeled Hapele” at their prime as children in the choir. Goldman recorded them throughout the years, and now he has a collection of past and currant famous child soloists.
