Eliya Romano Launches New EP “Tamrurim” With Three Original Songs

Singer and composer Eliya Romano releases the new EP “Tamrurim“, a personal and moving mini-album that includes three original songs written and composed by him: “Tamrurim“, “Hakol Tov” and “Barata Oti“. The arrangement and musical production are by Gil Nagar, who gives the songs a precise, contemporary and emotional musical envelope.

The title song, “Tamrurim“, uses the language of driving and the road as a metaphor for the journey of life. Between turns, detours, traffic lights and pedals, Romano raises questions that each of us encounters on the road: Do we know how to stop? Do we really listen to ourselves? And does the relentless race bring us closer to our destination – or rather further away from it?

In the heart-rending chorus, he sings: “And no one told me to stop, to take a break, not to mention the traffic lights”, and reminds us that in reality of an endless rhythm, sometimes it is precisely the stopping that allows you to see the path more clearly.

The three songs on the EP together complete one work, which concerns introspection, self-acceptance and the journey that every person goes through with themselves. Each song presents a different angle of personal coping, but they all connect to the same message: life is not only the destination – but also the path, and the courage to stop, observe and continue from a more correct place.
