Daniel Yativ Releases New Single – ‘Haderech Hayeshana’
A few days before the entire Jewish people begin reciting the selichot, Daniel Yativ releases a new single that fits the atmosphere of the period called ‘Haderech Hayeshana’. In a month when we all strive to abandon bad habits and return to the inner goodness that lies within us, the lyrics of the song resonate as a constant reminder: “I am returning back to the old way. The laws of HaShem are pure, it restores the soul.”
The lyrics and melody were written by Daniel Yativ himself, and the musical production was by Maor Shushan. The song is accompanied by an intimate piano music video that gives honor to the powerful lyrics.
Daniel shares: “The message of the song in one sentence is: In order to live a true, complete and happy life, we must walk in the path of our holy ancestors – the old way. I wish for myself and all of us that in these days of the month of Elul we will find within ourselves the strength to return to the old way.”
