“Chosson Torah” – The Industry Honors The Man Who Brings Joy: Akivale Blum
Anyone frequenting celebrations and events in Beit Shemesh and beyond in recent years simply cannot miss Akivale Blum—the man who, night after night, ensures the dance floor comes alive with energy. Now, coinciding with his wedding and the dedication of a Torah scroll written in his honor, his fellow performers decided it was time to bring him joy in return, releasing a festive, high-energy single titled “Chosson Torah.”
The melody was composed by the young Avrimi Schiff, who also performs part of the song alongside Yiddish lyrics penned by Sendy Steiner (who also contributes vocals). A team of artists who regularly perform with Blum joined this special project: Aharela Samet, Ushi Porush, Yoeli Davidovitch, Moti Goldman, and Meilech Vogel. They are joined by Shloimi Levy on musical arrangement and production, and Yonatan Blau on the mix.
