Singer Yosef Mamiya releases his debut single “Darka Shel Torah“, with a unique melody by Rabbi Yair Moshe Mamiya and musical production by Dovi Milstein.
The song is based on the mishna in Maseches Avot “This is the path of the Torah: eat a loaf of bread with salt… and in the Torah you work. If you do so, I will bless you and prosper you” and conveys the message of the work of the Torah in a way of simplicity, dedication and spiritual expression.
Combining a contemporary sound alongside classical and operatic touches, Mamiya presents a connection between tradition and the younger generation and an intriguing opening to his musical path.
