A New Album Rooted In Authenticity & Soul: Ah Nacht With Chassidish

“Chassidish Choir” Launches a Refined Musical Project of Pure Niggun
This release is not simply another album, it is a carefully crafted collection of pure, authentic
Chassidic niggunim, expressing the holy and genuine Jewish emotions that surface at moments
of true simcha. The project blends spiritual depth with musical excellence, presenting a
complete and elevated listening experience.
At its core is the renowned “Chassidish” Choir, known for its distinctive Chassidic warmth.
Leading the project is the celebrated baal menagen Yaakov Shlomo Gross, whose rich, warm
voice carries the Niggunim with sincerity and sweetness, drawing listeners back to the timeless
roots of authentic Jewish song.
The album features masterful arrangements by Reb Elazar Elimelech Haas, with expressive
clarinet melodies by Reb Yonasan Joseph, refined string accompaniment by Reb Reuven
Donenberg, and the moving vocals of child soloist Shabsi Mordechai Teichman, adding purity
and emotion to the sound.
The first installment, “Kabbalas Panim – Chuppah,” captures reverence and joy in perfect
balance. Each Niggun was selected with care from the rich treasury of sacred Jewish melodies,
chosen to bring the true Chassidic spirit to moments of celebration.
This project aims to uplift hearts, warm souls, and offer listeners a genuine sense of spiritual
pleasure, music that resonates far beyond the moment it is heard.
