Singer Moti Carmel Presents: A New Performance With New Lyrics To The Song “Eishet Chayil” By Dudi Kalish

The composition for the song was born in a personal moment, when his friend Moishe Irgas introduced him to the work and translated the lyrics from Yiddish for him. Moti felt an inner turmoil upon hearing it for the first time, and upon hearing it for the second time, it was clear to him – this is a song he must perform.

The work moves gently and powerfully between the figure of the “Eishet Chayil” familiar to all of us, through the great women of valor of the nation, and to the Knesset Yisrael – the bride, whose Father in Heaven will sing to her when the time comes. A song of trust, depth and hope, as the verse says: “Her husband’s heart trusts in her, and no spoils will be lacking.”

This cover is presented out of prayer and anticipation for the coming of Mashiach and the speedy building of the Bais Hamikdash in our days.
