Daniel Yativ Releases A New Single –  ‘Reb Chaim’

As the third yahrzeit of R’ Chaim Kanievsky zt”l approaches, Daniel Yativ presents a new single, which he wrote and composed in his honor. The deep aspiration of every Jew is to emulate the exalted attributes of the generation’s great Torah leaders, and the song “Reb Chaim” expresses this yearning.

The song is accompanied by a moving music video directed by Liron Afuta, filmed in R’ Chaim’s home, more precisely in his study room, as well as in the Lederman Shul, where he davened for most of his life. The video also features rare and previously unreleased footage of R’ Chaim himself.

Daniel relates: “R’ Chaim Kanievsky zt”l was a beacon of light who reminded us what is most important in life and what we are here for. I once heard from a famous speaker that the righteous are compared to the sun: most of us cannot reach their level of greatness, but we can certainly enjoy their warmth and light and learn from their demeanor. My prayer is that we become the best version of ourselves, and that we learn from the greats of our nation”.
