Shimon Yoel Weber, a rising star in Jewish music, comes from a family steeped in musical talent. As the son of the legendary Pinky Weber—renowned composer and performer behind countless hits—and the brother of the well-known badchan Shlomi Yankel Weber, Shimon Yoel brings a fresh, youthful energy to the industry. With a voice full of warmth, an impressive musical range, and a deep understanding of melody, he introduces himself with a stunning debut chuppah medley, entitled ‘With the Right Foot’.
This beautifully crafted medley features a special selection of timeless chuppah songs, each chosen with care and collaboration. Shimon Yoel, alongside his father Pinki, who also lends his voice to this production, worked closely with a group of talented musical friends and sought the advice of his musically gifted brothers to perfect every element. With arrangements by Naftali Schnitzler of A House of Music and the harmonious accompaniment of the renowned Malchus Choir from Israel, every detail of this medley was thoughtfully curated to create an emotional and immersive experience.
Produced by the talented Sruly Ungar, ‘With the Right Foot’ transports listeners to the sacred atmosphere of a chuppah, evoking tears and heartfelt emotion. Shimon Yoel’s debut not only highlights his fresh, young Weber voice but also marks the beginning of a promising career, destined to leave an enduring impact on the Jewish music scene for years to come.
