Hareini – הריני

Shmuel

Rebbe Nachman (Sichos Haran 2) teaches us the profound power of placing complete trust in Hashem. It is an essential practice to surrender all your movements, actions, and even your concerns, to the will of Hashem. By handing everything over to Him, you release the burden of constantly evaluating everything. There’s no need to worry or second-guess yourself, because you’ve already entrusted the outcome to the One who knows what’s best for you.

This deep trust frees you from the anxiety you experience when you realize you are not in control. If Hashem desires a different outcome than you had imagined, you can accept it with serenity, knowing that it is exactly what He intends for your ultimate good.

Trusting in Him with all aspects of your life, big or small, allows you to live with a sense of calm and certainty, without the pressure of constantly managing or perfecting every detail. In this surrender lies a path to true peace, as you allow yourself to flow with Hashem’s will, confident that everything will unfold exactly as it should.

Reb Ari Farkas inspired us to transform this teaching into a prayer, say it with us. “I hereby give over everything to Hashem, because Hashem is good”

Thank you to our Mashpia and dear friend R’ Judah Michel and to R’ Moishe Reisman from the Hells Kitchen Shteibel for inspiring us always.
