Elul Is Here: Yechiel Lichtiger & The Children’s Choir “Sifsoseinue Neranena” Sing “Keracheim Av”

You must have heard about the children’s choir “Sifsoseinue Neranena” whether it is in the “Tefilas Shabbos Medley” by singer Micha Gamerman or you may have seen them very recently on the show ‘Olim Liyerusholayim’, you all probably know the cantor and singer Yechiel Lichtiger, which you may not have known It is Yechiel who founded the choir and it grew out of a network of children’s music classes that has been operating under his direction for about four years.

Over the years, the choir has performed in a variety of productions, dinners and various events with the great singers along with various recordings in the studios with songs and albums of the best singers.

Shortly before the establishment of the network of classes, Lichtiger appeared as a cazzan in one of the hotels in Jerusalem. Av “to his soundtrack, Lichtiger recalls that special Shabbat he experienced with the late R. Shraga Eliyahu.

Now with the arrival of the month of Elul and the days of Slichot, Yechiel presents a touching performance of this thrilling song composed by Yossi Green wrapped in the pure voices of the children of his choir “Sifsoseinue Neranena” and with special musical accompaniment by Elad Deutsch.
