Avi Zelinger With A New Single “Yom Simcha”
“Yom Simcha” was created because of a thought I had after I gave my friend a bracha the night before his Corona wedding. His wedding was outdoors on a farm in Pennsylvania with only his immediate family. I wanted to give him words of comfort because his wedding was not the wedding he envisioned. I told him to be strong because even though you wont have your friends and some of your family there, when you will dancing you will have Hashem dancing with you. After that I thought what the significance is of this day. The day of your Chuppa is the day that you create a relationship with your other half, the day you start building your family, and the day you should have the most gratitude towards Hashem. The message of this song is to refocus and remind the Chosson ans Kallah what the real Simcha is on their wedding day.
