Dearest friends,

Given that we are in the midst of a global pandemic, local and state COVID laws require that all attendees must remain inside their vehicles at ALL times. Attendees may exit their vehicles to use our bathroom facilities or to seek emergency or medical attention.

All attendees agree to follow all local and state COVID health department social distancing requirements.

Event security and the Paramus police department have made it clear to the concert producers that if they feel that there are violations of the social distancing requirements, people congregating outside of their cars etc.. or not obeying the general COVID laws in place, the concert will be stopped and those people will be asked to leave by concert security or PPD without a ticket refund. If the problem persists the concert will be ended early.

All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable with the exception of the following:

A) A cancelation due to to snow accumulation that the producer determines to inhibit the ability for the event to go on.

OR

B) A cancelation due to to local or state government changing the current COVID regulations in a way that does not allow this event to take place.

THEN

Tickets minus ticket processing fees will be refunded.
