Singer Avremy Goldstein Releases “Kivshan Ha’Eish” Vocal Version
This past Rosh Hashana, singer Avremy Goldstein released the song Kivshan Ha’Eish, based off a story that Goldstein heard from the person it happened to. Someone once embarrassed his friend when they were children, the one who was embarrassed never forgave his friend, and the one who caused the embarrassment was unable to have children for years until he went and got forgiveness from the one he had embarrassed, at which point he was blessed with a son.
Avremi decided that for the time of Sefirah now it was appropriate to use this song and turn it into an A Capella version to commemorate the story of the students of R’ Akiva.
