Yufeh Productions Presents: Pirchei Yufeh
It seems that in the last 10-20 years there has been a explosion of choirs in Jewish music. Well we’re here to tell you about a new choir that just released their debut album. You see while many choirs cater to the yeshivishe and mainstream oilam this new choir Pirchei Yufeh will cater for the first time ever to the chassidishe oilam. The choir is the brainchild of long time friends and partners Yossy Fromowitz and Shulem Ezri. Pirchei Yufeh consists of heimishe children from Boro Park from the ages of 5-14. Yossy and Shulem already have a studio and a production company called Yufeh Productions which over the last few years has released many children’s tapes which are very popular. Shulem Ezri is a well known composer in the music business. Some of his world renown compositions include; Genig Shoin Tzures Gileten from Issac Honig, Acharoin Choviv from Lipa, and Boee Veshalom and Ten Bee Koiach from Mendy Werdyger. Pirchei Yufeh’s debut album features compositions by the talented Shulem Ezri from songs that are very well known in Chassidishe camps. Arrangements were done by Yossi, Shlem and Heshy Pavel who also created a lot of the music you will hear. The album is being distributed by Z Berman Books and is in stores already.
