Mayer is the son of Rabbi Yitzy Erps and has built up a name of his own by telling stories all over the tri-state area for the past 15 years, as well as a featured story teller on the Chofetz Chaim Heritage Foundation‘s story hotline for kids since it began several years ago which by now has several hundred children throughout the world listening to daily.
