Elyakim Binenstock – Hanivcharim

Elyakim Binenstock is out with a new album entitled “Selections” or “Hanivcharim.”
Bienestock, a Breslover Chassid, is the son of the chief cantor for the Yamim Noraim in Uman. He is a well respected drummer, who has played with the best in Jewish music.
Two years ago he decided to fulfill an old dream and sing on his own. On the album called Bayom Hahu, Elyakim sings sacred melodies, written by other composers as well as himself.
Even though this was his first attempt at singing on his own, he easily swam into the field.
This album contains chassidic hit songs from over the past 20 years along with major band arrangements by Dani Avidani. The songs are definitely upbeat tunes. Some songs on the album include: Vishochanti, Heisech Hada’as, B’inyan Hasimcha, Vihskin Lo, Anovim, Dovid Hamelech and others.
This cd is distributed by Gal Paz.
