Since the release of his debut album \u201cHalevai<\/strong>,\u201d American singer Uri Davidi<\/strong> has been conquering stages one after another. He has been traveling the world performing at sold out venues and simchas across the globe. He knew it was time to take his career to the next level. That\u2019s when he reached out to veteran hit songwriter and now producer Yitzy Waldner<\/strong> to produce his new album. <\/p>\n

Our first taste of the new album was the hit single\/music video Nu Nu<\/strong>, which fans loved and couldn\u2019t get enough of. From there Davidi<\/strong>\u2019s popularity grew even more and now he is proud to present his second album titled \u201cMuchanim<\/strong>\u201d (Are You Ready.) <\/p>\n

This album is the next in the evolution of Uri Davidi<\/strong>, featuring hit after hit from a many different genres.
\nThe title track Muchanim<\/strong> is a kind of answer to \u201cHalevai<\/strong>\u201d tells Davidi. \u201cThe concept of the song “Halevai<\/strong>” was that we wish Mashiach was coming and the message of <\/strong>Muchanim<\/strong> is that he is here (waiting) , are you ready to receive him.\u201d <\/p>\n

The song is an instant hit composed by Yitzy Waldner<\/strong> with lyrics by Miriam Israeli<\/strong> and stellar crisp electronic arrangement and production by Daniel Kaplar<\/strong> and Ian Freitor<\/strong>. It\u2019s an anthem that will have Jewish people everywhere singing that they are ready for Mashiach. While the album features many different hits by Yitzy Waldner<\/strong> and even a song or two by Uri himself, it also features compositions from hit makers Hershy Weinberger, Mordechai Brezel<\/strong> and Chaim Davis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

While a good amount of Muchaim<\/strong> is in the popular Israeli style Hebrew based original lyrics like Modeh Ani, Tefila Sheli<\/strong> and Shelo Neda<\/strong>, Uri covers everything from second dance songs like Oneg Shabbos<\/strong>, to Yeshivishe hits like Chad Hu<\/strong>, to even a truly original English song titled \u201cWe Will Sing Again<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Muchanim<\/strong> features the cr\u00e8me de la cr\u00e8me of arrangers including: Ravid Kashti, Ian Freitor, Daviel Kapler, Tamir Zur, Naftali Schnitzler, Yehuda Galili<\/strong> and Avrumi Berko<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
