It can validate and acknowledge our pain and take us past the numbness to truly feel. Through this we can once again feel true connection, attachment, and love to and from others.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Yesterday Again<\/strong>\u201d is a ballad reflecting on the experience of losing a loved one. It validates and allows for the broken heart, the searching soul, the vulnerability of pain, and takes its listeners on a cathartic journey.
