The simple and direct call “Abba” throughout the song takes on special meaning at this time. Just as the sound of the shofar in the month of Elul does not need words but expresses a simple and unadorned cry of the heart, so too the call in the song is a call from a son to his father – a call that pierces all screens and partitions.
Ein Od Milvado-There is no other besides Him: an anthem of hope for every soul
The central message that emerges from the work is that there is no place too low or too far away that the light of love and forgiveness cannot reach. The song reminds each of us, especially in these days of soul-searching, that even if we have strayed on side roads, the way back is always open. The hand is outstretched, and the heart belongs to its Creator.
The song manages to combine personal and honest writing with a melody, arrangement, and performance that precisely touch the strings of the soul. It provides deep comfort – and a lot of faith, exactly what the heart needs these days.
